As a certified translator, I place great importance in making absolutely sure that the authentic meaning of your text is conveyed to the end reader.
I translate mainly from English and Spanish into German. Why translate in my native language? One’s native language is used intuitively, with all of the nuances and subtleties that a language can contain, and therefore results in a truly authentic translation. I can 100% guarantee the quality of my translations in my native language.
My areas of expertise are tourism, IT and renewable energy. But of course I am prepared to familiarise with the specialist area and specific terminology of your company.
For translations into English or Spanish, I employ native speakers for either proofreading or completion.
On the technical side of things I utilize the professional translating software SDL Trados to assist in the translation of your material and can therefore guarantee a consistently high quality of text with consistent terminology throughout.

Whether it‘s your Master‘s thesis, website, flyer, or press-release, I am happy to proofread your materials so that you can feel confident you are working with an error-free text.
Pricing
Normal charges for translations are generally based on standard lines of text à 55 characters each (including spaces).
If I receive your material in data-form I can quickly calculate an estimate using the computer. For paper-only documents I can provide an approximate estimate based on the number of lines of text.
The final price is calculated from the translated document and may differ slightly from the preliminary estimate. The exact price per standard line depends on the type of text, the degree of difficulty, language content, and the required deadline.
Minimum charge per translation is € 45.
